Description

 

We are currently recruiting for a Industrial Services Coordinator to join us at Phillips 66 at this very exciting time in our history.  We offer a well-supported but challenging career within a role that offers the opportunity to develop knowledge, experience and work on real issues that make a difference. 

 

As an Industrial Services Coordinator you will be accountable in the field for catalyst handling, cleaning, high pressure water jetting, drains cleaning, tanker & gulper operations and waste disposal services carried out at site.

 

Responsibilities may include:

    • Ensuring that safety is paramount in all aspects of the work execution, including permit compliance, risk assessments, MSDS, job site paperwork, method statements (as applicable.)
    • Field Supervision of contracted services under your control
    • Ensuring effective use of contractors in the field
    • Providing back up for the Industrial Services Supervisor
    • Maintaining, controlling and being responsible for the running of the catalyst shed & yard.
    • Maintaining, controlling & being responsible for the running of the jet bay
    • Assisting in maintaining & controlling of the plant garage
    • Working with Discipline Supervisor / Schedulers / Area Planner to ensure correct updates to schedules and task lists.
    • Driving changes to PPMs through Supervision.
    • Executing Minor Maintenance jobs and supporting Operations Minor Maintenance jobs.
    • Managing pond cleaning campaigns
    • Supporting and assisting with Unit Shutdowns and Turnaround events, including working overtime.

    Key Skills/Requirements

     

    • Knowledge & execution experience of High Pressure Water Jetting, Catalyst Handling, Tank & Vessel Cleaning & Tanker Operations
    • Working knowledge of HSE legislation
    • Experience of supervising work groups in the field.
    • Working knowledge of contract terms and conditions.
    • Familiarity with Employment Law & Industrial Relations as they effect contracted services.
    • Working knowledge of the refinery topography
    • Demonstrated plant maintenance experience
    • Proven level of competence
    • Effective time manager
    • IOSH trained
