Thank you for your interest in partnering with Phillips 66. Please be aware that only firms that have received approval may be engaged as a resource for our open requisitions. Phillips 66 will not remit any placement fees to firms that have not been approved, and we do not entertain unsolicited resumes or submittals.
Phillips 66 Approved Search Firms
Firms that are approved, including the establishment of master service agreements and contracts, are actively utilized by our internal recruiting team. Once approved, a firm will be directly contacted by a Phillips 66 recruiter to collaborate on an open requisition. It is important to note that Phillips 66 will not pay a placement fee to an approved vendor who has not been specifically engaged for a particular search. Additionally, we do not accept unsolicited resumes or submittals.
