HR Site Coordinator, Rodeo Refinery

The Human Resource Site Coordinator provides daily business support for the Human Resources Department. This position is accountable for administrative systems, processes, procedures and providing these services in a way that enables an effective and efficient work environment.
 

Responsibilities May Include:

  • Responsible for HR Data change requests, new hire documentation, processing of paperwork for hires/terminations, status change forms, transfer paperwork and various employee personnel actions
  • Utilize Report Center, Workforce Analytics, HR Data Warehouse, SAP, and other tools to generate accurate and timely reports
  • Understand the HR support model and leverage centralized support and systems
  • Responsible for administration of CAB requirements such as job bidding, attendance control, timekeeping, and some payroll related duties
  • Support LR/ER with monthly Union meeting materials & metrics, Seniority roster, and Union Bid process, qualification-based union pay increases
  • Site specific new hire orientation & I-9 verification
  • Execute a variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to managing current employee email distribution and resource groups, HR files folder access, site HR intranet page, generating and updating monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and managing employee records
  • Ensure employment-related posters are up to date and clearly displayed in employee work areas (Federal and State All-in-One Poster, Federal Contract Poster, and Company All-in-One Poster)
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, trainings, and luncheons for HR events (i.e. L&D, Talent Acquisition, LR/ER)
  • Supporting any tasks associated with Performance Management
  • Assist MOOC/MOPC processes
  • Interact with all levels of management, including support staff and outside vendors
  • Purchase and maintain the inventory of office supplies of the HR Department
  • Willing to complete other duties as assigned by the HRBP Manager
     

Required Qualifications:

  • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • 5 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Intermediate or greater proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Able to work overtime as required and travel up to 10%
  • Able to maintain strict confidential information and maintain strict confidentiality
     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in union represented work environment
  • 3 years of experience in a Human Resource role
  • Proficient with Workforce Software and SAP SuccessFactors
  • Working knowledge of employment/payroll laws and regulations
  • Able to manage critical work and unplanned task simultaneously
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Compensation

 

The base pay range for this role is $70,880-106,320 depending on a candidate's relevant work experience and education.

 

This position is eligible for the Phillips 66 geographic differential pay program.  Details and terms to be conveyed in offer of employment.
