Operations Analyst, Linden Terminal

The Operations Analyst supports the Terminal by providing administrative duties for inventory control, inventory loss and gain investigation support, customer service, driver training, budgetary invoicing, providing documentation for the commercial and marketing part of the business.

   

Responsibilities May Include:

  • Manage terminal inventory close and resupply for product lines: Gasoline, Diesel, Propane, Ethanol, Butane, and Additives.  Assist with troubleshooting of gain and los
  • Manage documentation for following areas:
    • Butane Blending Inventory and Compliance
    • Driver Training Paperwork Compliance
    • Carrier Trailer Paperwork Compliance
    • Audit Ready Preparedness
  • Creation of notifications and work orders, and purchase orders via SAP 
  • Review and approve all incoming invoices 
  • Assist with budget questions for all site operations
  • Liaison to all customer service activities with the customers, carriers, commercial and marketing, and terminal clearance
  • Working with Terminal Controls (G3)

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
  • High School and/or GED Equivalent
  • Basic level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Willing and able to perform/comply with the following, with or without reasonable accommodation: 
    • Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
    • Able to work extended hours, including weekends, and holidays

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license
  • 1 or more years of experience in Terminal Operations
  • Basic level of proficiency in SAP S/4
  • Familiar with Terminal Automation G3 and Trac66
  • Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Business understanding of commercial and downstream operations 
  • Self-motivated, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently to manage tasks
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Willing to wear personal protective equipment, such as flame-retardant clothing, eye protection, ear protection, steel-toed boots, hard hat, etc.

 

Midstream

The Phillips 66 Midstream business is a safe, reliable, and trusted provider for the movement, storage, gathering, and processing of liquid or gas energy via pipelines or terminals. We are an industry leader in logistics and operate or manage more than 70,000 miles of pipelines that transport crude oil from oil fields to refineries and finished products from refineries to storage terminals. We operate 39 terminals that supply finished products to consumer gas stations, as well as crude oil and NGL storage terminals and NGL fractionation facilities. Our capabilities include extensive natural gas gathering and processing operations, enhancing our wellhead-to-market strategy. We also provide the connectivity between the various Phillips 66 business units.

Compensation

The base pay range for this role is $93,200 – $135,200 depending on a candidate's relevant work experience and education.
