As a Talent Acquisition Recruiting Partner at Phillips 66, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to join our organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to understand their hiring needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with recruiting policies and regulations, monitoring and reporting on key recruiting metrics, and serving as a talent advisor for your assigned business units. You will act as a strategic business partner by managing expectations and providing recommendations to address recruitment challenges through professional consultation, creative problem-solving, and market insights.

 

Responsibilities May Include:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with recruiting policies and regulations.
  • Monitor and report on key recruiting metrics.
  • Serve as a talent advisor for assigned business units, providing recommendations and managing expectations.
  • Apply creative approaches to identify critical talent and develop candidate pipelines.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple requisitions and recruiting-related projects simultaneously.
  • Interact in a consultative manner with individuals at all levels within the organization, persuading and influencing key decision-makers.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
  • High School Diploma/GED or higher
  • 5 or more years of recruiting experience within an agency or corporate setting, providing full-cycle recruiting
  • Proficient in utilizing various sourcing techniques to attract qualified talent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 7 or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools/software
