The Senior Analyst, a key member of the Finished Lubricants and Base Oil Organization Sales Operations will deliver analytics to measure performance and drive strategic sales decisions. The role leads transformation initiatives, manages sales improvement projects, and optimizes processes to enhance salesforce efficiency.


Responsibilities:
•    Manage and develop sales marketer programs, including execution and strategy
•    Support Business Development by preparing proposals, assisting with large sales deals, assessing new opportunities and customer onboarding
•    Manage sales performance dashboards, automate, and align metrics with business goals
•    Analyze business data and lubricants market trends to provide critical insights and meaningful recommendations for decision-makers
•    Project manage sales and business transformation initiatives by coordinating cross-functional efforts, leading idea generation and evaluation, and tracking progress
•    Develop and execute business improvement plans that align with business needs and priorities
•    Create and maintain documentation for sales processes, policies, training materials, and onboarding
•    Assist with customer events and prepare presentations for management, business reviews and large customer engagements
•    Build and maintain cross-functional stakeholder relationships, removing barriers to ensure project success
•    Collaborate with the sales team and others as necessary to achieve results

 

Required Qualifications
•    Legally authorized to work in the United States on a regular, full-time basis without restrictions
•    Bachelor’s Degree
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
•    3 or more years’ experience in marketing, lubricants, sales, transportation, operations or other relevant commercial experience
•    Strong analytical skills – ability to distill complex, disparate data into meaningful, concise information that drives business strategies and/or tactical implementation plans

•    Organizational Skills: Prioritize multiple tasks and work independently under time constraints to ensure completion

•    Systems: Experience in PowerBI dashboard creation, Salesforce.com, SAP and BW or ability to learn new systems quickly
•    Financial Acumen: Experience with economic modeling and deal evaluation or willingness to learn
