As a Sr Scheduler, you will play a key role in planning, managing, and optimizing crude and condensate supply-chain activities that keep refinery and commercial operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end crude oil and condensate scheduling activities.
- Maintain daily and monthly supply/demand balances, lease forecasts, and system inventory levels.
- Optimize crude supply portfolios by improving transportation efficiency and reducing costs.
- Update, verify, and reconcile movement data in SAP and other systems.
- Monitor supplier performance and support contract management activities.
- Provide specialist advice, support continuous improvement, and develop internal/external relationships.
- Provide backup scheduling support, including responding to operational needs outside standard hours.
What You’ll Bring – Required
- 6 or more years of relevant experience in supply-chain, scheduling, logistics, or planning
- Experience supporting supply, trading, or logistical functions
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling or supply-chain systems
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
What Makes You Stand Out – Preferred
- Knowledge of crude oil logistics, including Canadian crude supply systems
- Experience with SAP, Alteryx, Tableau, or advanced Excel
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Ability to influence, build relationships, and collaborate across teams
- Demonstrated initiative, innovative thinking, and continuous improvement mindset
- Knowledge of downstream operations, supply chains, and commercial drivers
- Experience with contract management, supplier analysis, or sourcing

Compensation Range
This position has a base salary range of $144,000 - $176,000.

The Commercial organization works to effectively leverage assets and market knowledge to create additional value within the risk parameters of the Company. We do this by maximizing general interest profitability, enhancing return on capital employed by successfully partnering with the Refining, Transportation and Marketing functions to ensure Value Chain Integration. Our truck and rail fleets support our feedstock and distribution operations. Rail movements are provided via a fleet of more than 10,000 owned and leased rail cars. Truck movements are provided through numerous third-party trucking companies, as well as through our 100 percent-owned subsidiary, Sentinel Transportation LLC.
