As an Analyst II, Social Impact Operations, you will support the operational backbone of the company’s philanthropic and community engagement efforts. In this role, you’ll coordinate budget administration, employee giving programs, and data-driven reporting that informs leadership decision-making. You’ll serve as a trusted partner across the organization, helping streamline processes, strengthen compliance, and deliver an exceptional experience to internal teams and nonprofit partners.
What You’ll Do
- Manage daily operations of Social Impact budgets, including oversight of multiple sub-budgets across corporate functions and business units.
- Support the full life cycle of corporate granting—from budget allocation to disbursement, tracking, review, and troubleshooting within the CSR platform.
- Produce and update complex documents, databases, and departmental systems, using expertise to improve workflows and ensure accurate data management.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and meeting materials for leadership review, compiling data from multiple sources to communicate insights clearly.
- Process and code invoices across Social Impact programs, including sponsorships, memberships, and enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Audit and approve employees matching gifts and volunteer grant requests, ensuring adherence to policy while supporting a positive employee experience.
- Coordinate with field teams to resolve grant payment issues, support activation activities, and maintain proactive communication with nonprofit partners.
- Collate and analyze data to generate standard reports, quarterly program reviews, and year-end summaries that support compliance and executive reporting needs.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, travel, and events to support efficient operations for senior colleagues.
- Monitor shared mailboxes and respond to external inquiries, delivering high-quality customer service to employees and community partners.
What You’ll Bring – Required
- Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
- Associates degree or higher
- 1+ years of experience supporting processes, systems, or administrative operations
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
What Makes You Stand Out – Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience with CSR platforms such as Benevity
- Familiarity with SAP or similar financial systems
- Background supporting community relations, social impact, or grantmaking programs
- Demonstrated ability to optimize workflows, manage complex data sets, and support continuous improvement efforts
- Experience collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data for reporting and decision support
- Ability to research issues, apply analytical techniques, and follow tasks through to resolution
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create clear documents and reports
- Strong budget and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments at once
Compensation Range
This position has a base salary range of $81,000 – $99,000.
