Senior Associate, Credit - Commercial

The Credit Relationships Associate will participate as key member of the Credit Relationship team by monitoring and supporting credit risk mitigating activities in accordance with the Global Credit Policy. 

 

Responsibilities May Include:

  • Input and maintain incoming and outgoing parent company guarantees in the system of record.
  • Work with Accounts Receivable team to determine the pay status of past due accounts and facilitate the resolution of issues.
  • Request and administrate collateral including prepayments and letters of credit as needed for a subset of customers.
  • Serve as Business Systems Coordinator for records management for the credit team.
  • Assist in monthly reporting including validating letters of credit fees, and confirmation of appropriate credit over-limit approvals, among others.
  • Assist with onboarding of new members of the credit team.
  • Administrative responsibilities.

  

Required Qualifications:

  • Authorized to work in job posting country
  • HS Diploma/GED
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel, Word, and OneNote)

 

Preferred Requirements:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Previous Oil & Gas Experience
  • Organization and accuracy (consistently produce accurate work with an emphasis on process improvements)
  • Ability to adapt to changing business requirements
