Senior Analyst, Sales Operations & Business Transformation

As a key member of the Finished Lubricants and Base Oil Organization, the Senior Analyst, Sales Operations will deliver analytics to measure performance and support strategic sales decisions. This role plays a vital part in advancing sales enablement initiatives, optimizing CRM processes to enhance salesforce efficiency, and managing marketer programs to drive growth. By leveraging data and process improvements, the Senior Analyst will help enable the team to achieve its growth objectives and maximize operational effectiveness.


Responsibilities May Include:

  • Lead the development, implementation, and management of marketer programs to align with sales strategies and business objectives.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to design and execute sales tools, materials, and resources that enhance salesforce productivity and performance.
  • Prepare proposals, assist with new business opportunities, and facilitate onboarding for new customers.
  • Coordinate key customer communications and messaging to ensure consistency and alignment.
  • Oversee sales performance dashboards, automate reporting, and align metrics with strategic goals.
  • Analyze lubricants market trends and business data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and implement sales improvement plans that align with business needs and priorities.
  • Develop and maintain materials for sales processes, policies, training, and onboarding.
  • Assist with customer events and prepare impactful presentations for management, business reviews, and large customer engagements.
  • Foster strong stakeholder relationships and remove barriers to ensure successful project execution.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve business goals.

 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a regular, full-time basis without restrictions
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • 3 or more years’ experience in marketing, lubricants, sales, transportation, operations or other relevant commercial experience
  • Strong analytical skills – ability to distill complex, disparate data into meaningful, concise information that drives business strategies and/or tactical implementation plans

  • Project Management: Define goals, create action plans, and implement solutions on time
  • CRM Tools & Sales Enablement: Proficient in CRM system and experience in sales-focused environments
  • Problem Solving: Identify issues, develop options, and implement effective resolutions
