As a Senior Advisor II, AIML Engineer, you will lead complex digital initiatives and AI/ML-driven innovation to advance enterprise efficiency and unlock new value across business units. The position blends strategic project leadership with advanced AI engineering capabilities to deliver scalable, intelligent solutions that improve operations, decision making, and user experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and deliver digital transformation programs, applying agile, design thinking, and AI/ML expertise to solve complex business problems and enhance operational performance.
- Develop, fine-tune, and deploy advanced machine learning and large language models to support intelligent autonomous agents across refining, transportation, commercial, and marketing domains.
- Integrate AI systems with enterprise platforms such as SAP, APIs, and cloud environments while ensuring compliance, reliability, and scalability.
- Direct project planning, requirements management, and cross-functional alignment to ensure successful implementation of digital initiatives.
- Oversee agent safety, testing, monitoring, and optimization to reduce risks and maintain accuracy.
- Guide technical execution, mentor team members, and drive a culture of innovation through hackathons, idea programs, and continuous improvement efforts.
What You’ll Bring – Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, or related field
- 3 or more years of relevant work experience developing AI/ML models and autonomous systems
- Intermediate proficiency with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and LLM tooling (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel/AutoGen)
- Intermediate proficiency in with RAG, vector databases, API integrations, and production-grade MLOps (Docker, MLflow, Azure, AWS)
- Intermediate proficiency in software engineering fundamentals, programming experience (C#, Java, Scala, Python, SQL/NoSQL/Graph)
- Legally authorized to work in the job posting country

Compensation Range
This position has a base salary range of $155,700 – $190,300.
