As a Senior Advisor, Change Management, you will be responsible for creating and implementing change management strategies and plans across the Phillips 66 enterprise. These strategies must maximize employee adoption and usage by building relationships with key stakeholders across Phillips 66 corporate and field locations, including executive leaders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of effectively developing and leading change management strategies, influencing and guiding leader behaviors, and maximizing the employee experience to drive adoption and sustainability.
What You’ll Do
- Develop Change Management strategies for specific business unit(s) and/or enterprise-wide change initiatives.
- Support the management of an organization-wide High Performing Organization (HPO) strategy that facilitates the alignment and integration of people, processes and technology; vision and strategy; leadership and workforce; and business goals and culture.
- Conduct change impact assessments to understand the gap between current and future ways of working.
- Apply structured Change Management methodologies, practical tools, and clear tracking of adoption and risks to effectively realize value for change initiatives.
- Partner with business units and cross‑functional teams to design Change Management solutions that are sustainable, well‑aligned, and grounded in strong organizational practices.
- Build understanding and support for change by communicating insights, clarifying impacts, and helping teams navigate transitions effectively.
- Manage the Change Management workstream on projects, applying strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills to keep work on track.
- Build credible relationships and manage stakeholder expectations with clarity, consistency, and professionalism.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities, sharing insights, and encouraging thoughtful, sustainable changes.
What You’ll Bring – Required
- Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 or more years of end-to-end change management delivery experience
- Proficiency utilizing project management skills including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments associated with work processes and projects

- Master’s degree
- 5 or more years of change management experience, including coaching/ guiding leaders through the change management lifecycle at the enterprise level
- Prosci Certification
- Demonstrated written communication ability
- Independent thinker and worker

- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence key internal stakeholders
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Problem-solver
- Experience with organizational business and/ or cultural transformation
Compensation Range
This position has a base salary range of $136,800 – $167,200.

Where a candidate offer falls within the posted range depends on the candidate's experience, skills, and alignment with the role’s requirements.
