As the Senior Advisor, Talent Management, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing our enterprise career development program that aligns with our company goals and employee aspirations. You will work closely with HR Business Partners, Learning and Development, and business leaders to create pathways that support employee growth and retention. This position will lead the way talent solutions are delivered to the enterprise and will need a strong understanding of the business, industry, market, strategy, and impact on our people.

 

Responsibilities May Include:

  • Translating business strategy into enterprise talent solutions that enable a culture of inclusion, continuous improvement and learning, high employee engagement, and performance excellence.
  • Designing an enterprise career development strategy that facilitates career growth and internal talent movement across business segments at all employee levels.
  • Collaborating with HR colleagues to integrate career development into talent and learning programs and systems.
  • Providing strategic consultation and diagnostic needs analysis for impactful talent solutions.
  • Developing and implementing career pathways that align with business needs and employee career goals.
  • Using data and people analytics to identify skills gaps and career progression trends, and to measure the effectiveness of career pathways.
  • Advocating for employee career development needs and ensuring access to necessary resources and opportunities.
  • Designing communication strategies to inform employees about career opportunities and resources.
  • Facilitating talent reviews; serving as an internal coach for leadership development; consulting on robust career development plans to meet succession and development needs.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Legally authorized to work in the posting country
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology, or a related field
  • 5 or more years of proven experience in career development, talent management, or a similar role having led high-impact talent initiatives with effective change management
  • Strong understanding of career pathways and workforce planning
  • Advanced communication, interpersonal, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Consulting skills (client service orientation, conflict resolution, analysis/synthesis of information, negotiation, etc.)
  • Experience in evaluating talent programs, process effectiveness, and using insights to drive career development strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability to escalate and navigate complex, conflicting issues while handling multiple shifting priorities across a broad spectrum of people and driving decisions and solutions that are commercially sound and aligned with company objectives
  • Ability to travel up to 20% as required

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, and/or SHRM-SCP)
  • Experience with HR technology and systems related to career development
  • Thought leadership includes innovation, creativity, and leveraging best practices
  • Solid understanding of change management and leading clients/teams through significant change
  • Strong project management, organizational skills, and attention to detail as well as demonstrated ability to think big picture (strategic and conceptual thinking skills)
