As a Senior Account Manager, Key Accounts, you’ll play a key role in shaping meaningful customer relationships and supporting strategic account activity across a dynamic, fast‑moving business. What You’ll Do
- Manage a defined portfolio of customer accounts, building strong relationships with key decision‑makers and ensuring smooth, two‑way communication.
- Lead regular in‑person and virtual engagements to clarify customer needs, present tailored solutions, and address issues with urgency and ownership.
- Develop and execute account plans that foster engagement, support contract renewals, and identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
- Serve as the customer champion by partnering closely with supply chain, operations, and commercial teams to align on service levels and deliver a seamless experience.
- Use data, market insights, and established sales processes to forecast demand, recommend pricing strategies, and prepare value‑driven business reviews.
- Navigate complex customer requirements, negotiate within defined parameters, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and standards.
- Maintain accurate CRM data to support customer retention and business development efforts.
- Continuously build your capabilities through coaching, training, and industry learning while contributing a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset that strengthens customer relationships and supports business goals.
What You’ll Bring – Required
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
- 3+ years of experience managing customer accounts, resolving issues, and supporting sales activities
- Willing and able to travel up to 50% of time
- Must have a valid driver’s license

- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across diverse stakeholders
- Solid capability using CRM systems, sales tools, and basic data analysis to support account work
Compensation Range
This position has a base salary range of $136,800 - $167,200.

Where a candidate offer falls within the posted range depends on the candidate's experience, skills, and alignment with the role’s requirements.
