What You'll Do
- Engage with advanced security platforms (Genetec, OnGuard, Milestone) and modern IT infrastructure
- Tackle complex challenges in system management, vulnerability assessment, and process optimization
- Administer, configure, and maintain access control and video management systems for optimal performance and security
- Monitor system logs, alerts, and notifications to detect and respond to security incidents
- Address and mitigate identified vulnerabilities
- Implement and manage security controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance
- Maintain user access controls and permissions; perform periodic access reviews
- Generate and present regular security and performance reports to management and stakeholders
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for security and IT systems
- Recommend and implement technical developments to improve software and infrastructure quality
- Design and perform software tests; monitor and correct performance issues
- Collate and analyze data to support decision-making and reporting
- Document complex processes and changes required for system improvements
- Develop and deliver projects or work streams within change management programs
- Participate in personal and professional development activities, including training and accreditatio
What You'll Bring – Required
- 3+ years of experience administering and maintaining security and IT systems (OnGuard, Genetec, Milestone, etc.)
- Strong understanding of access control, video surveillance, physical security, and IT concepts
- Experience in data management, network administration, and infrastructure development
- Available for travel up to 15% to support business needs
What Makes You Stand Out – Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Relevant certifications such as CISM, CAM, Lenel OnGuard, Milestone Certified Integration Technician, VMware Certified Professional, PMI-PBA
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced skills in process analysis, gap analysis, and change strategy development
- Proven ability to optimize work processes and drive continuous improvement
- Tech-savvy mindset with a track record of adopting and deploying new technologies
- Experience in managing complex projects and coordinating the work of others
- Strong stakeholder focus and ability to communicate technical information clearly to diverse audience
Compensation Range:
$121,500 - $148,500
