The Scheduler will be responsible for the scheduling, oversight, reporting, optimization, and key relationships for the purity products from four P66 off-hub fracs. This key role will be the focal point to maximize placement of purity products in local markets. The role has a high level of autonomy and an opportunity to work closely with operations, customers, and traders.
Responsibilities May Include:
- Manage 3rd party lifting schedule
- Support in Contract Negotiations as required
- Support customers to build strong relationship
- Support business in revenue reporting
- Resolve customer conflicts and unplanned operational changes
- Facilitate Communications between Stakeholders both internal and external
- Ensure truck volume is accurately reported

Required Qualifications:
- Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
- Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of Scheduling experience in Oil and Gas
- 1 year of Oil and Gas experience
- Understanding of Frac operations and truck MOT
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Able to work remotely during non-standard hours via cellphone and/or laptop computer
Preferred Qualifications:
- Spanish speaking is a plus but not required
- Ability to work as a team across groups both internal and external to the organization
- 2 or more years SAP experience
- Excellent team player
- Strong organizational and time management skills, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work
- Results driven with a focus on continuous improvement
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
The Commercial organization works to effectively leverage assets and market knowledge to create additional value within the risk parameters of the Company. We do this by maximizing general interest profitability, enhancing return on capital employed by successfully partnering with the Refining, Transportation and Marketing functions to ensure Value Chain Integration. Our truck and rail fleets support our feedstock and distribution operations. Rail movements are provided via a fleet of more than 10,000 owned and leased rail cars. Truck movements are provided through numerous third-party trucking companies, as well as through our 100 percent-owned subsidiary, Sentinel Transportation LLC.
