What to Expect
As a Sales Expeditor for U.S. Fuels, you’ll be at the intersection of customer engagement, sales strategy, and operational execution. You’ll support branded sales accounts, drive retention and growth, and build strong customer relationships while leveraging data and systems to streamline processes and enhance outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage relationships with customer accounts and prospects.
- Support branded sales accounts to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.
- Drive retention and volume growth through proactive portfolio management.
- Execute contract renewals and ensure accurate deal documentation in Salesforce.
- Coordinate post-contract activities and site setups.
- Provide ongoing customer support and resolve inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline project planning and execution.
- Travel up to 25% to support direct customer-facing activities.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to inform strategy.
- Represent the organization at trade shows and events to identify opportunities and enhance reputation.
- Monitor CRM usage and ensure data accuracy.
- Promote customer-centric solutions and internal collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Participate in performance management and capability development.
What You’ll Bring - Required
- 1+ years of sales experience in Oil & Gas, Marketing, Transportation, or Commercial Operations.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Salesforce.
- Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
- Service-oriented mindset with a can-do attitude.
- Proven track record of results-driven performance.
- Experience working collaboratively in team settings.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing complex data.
What Makes You Stand Out - Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of sales experience, including 2+ years in Oil & Gas, Marketing, Transportation, or Commercial Operations.
- Ability to initiate compelling sales conversations and tailor messaging to customer needs.
- Deep understanding of buying influencers and their priorities.
- Skilled in managing buyer indifference and closing effectively.
- Proficient in leveraging CRM and sales automation tools.
- Strong capability in data-driven sales strategy and performance tracking.
- Expertise in building rapport and strengthening customer connections.
- Strategic thinking in marketing commercialization and go-to-market planning.
- Effective in-depth questioning to uncover customer needs and drive solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate organizational dynamics and instill trust
Compensation Range
- $93,600 - $114,400
