Join the Procurement Insights & Analytics team as a Procurement Specialist, Analytics, where you will drive commercial excellence through advanced analytics and data-driven insights. This role is designed for a strategic thinker who excels at transforming data into actionable recommendations, supporting sourcing decisions, and enabling continuous improvement in procurement.

 

Responsibilities May Include:

  • Advanced Analytics & Insight Generation: Apply statistical, predictive, and prescriptive analytics to procurement data, uncovering trends, risks, and opportunities that inform sourcing strategies and negotiations.
  • AI-Enabled Analysis: Utilize modern AI tools—including generative AI platforms and prompt engineering techniques—to accelerate data analysis, automate reporting, and extract deeper insights from procurement datasets.
  • Enterprise Collaboration on Emerging Technologies: Partner with enterprise data, IT, and analytics teams to evaluate, adopt, and implement the latest emerging technologies, ensuring procurement analytics remains innovative and impactful.
  • Commercial Modeling: Develop and maintain category-specific commercial models, “Should Cost” analyses, and standardized bid evaluation frameworks to support value creation and execution excellence.
  • Dashboarding & Reporting: Design and deliver intuitive dashboards and reports that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for procurement and business stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with category managers, sourcing teams, and business leaders to understand requirements, share insights, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of innovation by identifying new analytics approaches, leveraging emerging technologies (including AI and machine learning), and driving process improvements.
  • Data Storytelling: Synthesize analytical findings into compelling narratives that influence decisions and drive business impact across the organization.
  • Governance & Data Quality: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of procurement analytics and reporting.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, analytics, engineering, or related field
  • 3 or more years of experience in procurement analytics, business analysis, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated expertise in advanced analytics, data modeling, and insight generation
  • Experience using AI-powered analytics tools and prompt engineering to enhance analysis and reporting
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Python, SQL)
  • Experience translating analytics into actionable business recommendations

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in procurement or supply chain analytics
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP S/4, R/3) and analytics platforms
  • Exposure to AI, machine learning, or prompt engineering for generative AI
  • Track record of driving continuous improvement and innovation in analytics
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and deliver results in a dynamic environment
