What You’ll Do

  • Deliver comprehensive occupational health services, including medical assessments, surveillance, injury/illness care, disability management, and health promotion
  • Oversee and perform industrial medicine activities, supporting employees and candidates through assessment, treatment, and follow-up
  • Provide expert input on standards, protocols, and crisis management, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain and analyze patient medical records, identifying trends and recommending improvements for system accuracy and care quality
  • Support and guide the nursing team in treatment application and best practices
  • Partner with HSE, Industrial Hygiene, and business leaders to implement health and safety programs and initiatives
  • Identify and mitigate environmental and workplace health risks, escalating issues as appropriate
  • Leverage digital health technologies and data analysis to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency
  • Actively contribute to employee wellbeing programs and community health initiatives
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams
  • Participate in crisis management and emergency response as needed, including off-hours availability for urgent needs

 

What You’ll Bring (Required Qualifications)

  • Legally authorized to work in posted country
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (or equivalent) and current RN license in good standing
  • 3+ years of experience in occupational health or industry settings
  • Advanced skills in health and safety management, data collection and analysis, and planning/organizing complex activities
  • Strong knowledge of occupational and environmental health regulations
  • Proficiency with digital health records, Microsoft Office Suite, and health information systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
  • Availability for a flexible schedule, including 24/7 on-call support for emergencies

Compensation Range:

$93,600- $114,400 annual base salary
