What to Expect

As the Measurement & Evaluation Lead, you’ll be the strategic force behind how we assess the impact of learning and development across the organization. Key responsibilities involve establishing processes and standards to measure program impact, quality, and overall I&D, Talent and Learning effectiveness. You’ll lead the design and execution of evaluation frameworks that connect learning outcomes to business performance, enabling data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive measurement strategies for learning, talent, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Design evaluation frameworks using models like Kirkpatrick to assess effectiveness from engagement to business impact.
  • Conduct strategic data analysis using tools like Excel, Power BI, and Tableau to uncover insights and link learning to performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor evaluation approaches to business needs and define service delivery expectations.
  • Mentor instructional designers and analysts to build internal capability in measurement and evaluation.
  • Develop and deliver dashboards and reports that clearly communicate progress toward KPIs and ROI.
  • Benchmark best-in-class practices and pilot innovative methodologies, including predictive analytics and AI tools.
  • Communicate insights through compelling storytelling at all levels, including executive leadership.

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience:  3+ years in learning measurement and 1 year of leading evaluation or instructional design teams.
  • Education: Highschool diploma or GED
  • Skills & Tools:
    • Learning evaluation methodologies (Kirkpatrick, ROI Institute)
    • Data visualization and analytics (Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
    • Stakeholder engagement and consulting
    • Project leadership and strategic planning
  • Mindset: Analytical, strategic, and solutions-oriented with a passion for continuous improvement and business impact.

 

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Adult Education, or related field.
  • 4+ years in learning measurement and 3+ years of leading evaluation or instructional design teams.
  • You have experience with predictive and prescriptive analytics
  • You are Kirkpatrick and ROI Institute certified
  • You have a Change Management certification (i.e. Prosci)
  • You have knowledge of Ai tools to analyst and evaluate large data sets
  • You’re a data storyteller, turning metrics into meaningful insights that influence decisions.

 

Compensation Range

  • $136,800 - $167,000
