What to Expect

As a Measurement & Evaluation Advisor, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we assess the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives. You’ll work closely with the Measurement & Evaluation Lead and cross-functional teams to design frameworks, analyze data, and deliver insights that drive continuous improvement and demonstrate business impact. 

 

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate on the development and implementation of evaluation frameworks aligned with organizational goals.
  • Design and manage assessments such as knowledge checks, rubrics, and observation tools to measure learning effectiveness.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data using tools like Excel, Power BI, and Tableau to uncover trends and performance gaps.
  • Develop dashboards and reports that communicate progress toward key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Partner with instructional designers, facilitators, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate and relevant data capture.
  • Maintain documentation and standards for evaluation processes and data governance.
  • Conduct benchmarking and research to support the adoption of best practices in learning measurement.
  • Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations that inform strategy and improve outcomes.

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: 3+ years in business analysis, learning evaluation, or a related field.
  • Education: Highschool diploma or GED
  • Skills & Tools:
    • Data visualization and reporting (Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
    • Learning evaluation models (e.g., Kirkpatrick)
    • Adult learning theory and instructional design collaboration
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools
  • Mindset: Detail-oriented, collaborative, and driven by continuous improvement and measurable impact.

 

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Human Resources, Education, or a related discipline.
  • You have experience in project management
  • You have knowledge of AI tools to analyze and evaluate large data sets
  • You thrive in cross-functional environments, building strong partnerships across teams.
  • You’re comfortable working in fast-paced settings, managing multiple priorities with precision and clarity.

 

Compensation Range:

  • $121,500 - $148,500
