What to Expect

As a Facilities Associate, you will support corporate facilities management operations by overseeing the internal facilities work order system, coordinating office moves, assisting with space planning and workplace design. This role collaborates with internal departments, vendors, and facility teams to ensure efficient workplace operations, accurate space utilization, proper fleet oversight, and timely completion of facility service requests. The position also provides operational support to the loading dock, mailroom, and building services functions as needed.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee and coordinate the internal facilities work order system, ensuring service requests are reviewed, prioritized, and assigned to the appropriate facilities teams or vendors.
  • Monitor work order progress and completion to ensure service levels, timelines, and operational standards are consistently met.
  • Coordinate office moves, departmental relocations, and workspace reconfigurations across the facility.
  • Support Facilities Management (FM) operations by assisting with building services, workplace readiness, and daily facility operations.
  • Assist with corporate space planning by maintaining seating plans, departmental layouts, and workspace utilization data.
  • Update facility floor plans, workstation layouts, and office configurations.
  • Coordinate furniture installations, workstation setups, and workspace adjustments in alignment with corporate workplace standards.
  • Provide operational assisting with logistics coordination, package handling, and delivery processes when needed to ensure smooth facility operations.
  • Assist with building services operations including janitorial coordination, vendor access, and general facility support as required.
  • Serve as a liaison between employees, leadership, vendors, and contractors to coordinate facility and fleet-related requests and operational needs.
  • Ensure vendors and contractors comply with company safety policies, workplace standards, and facility procedures.
  • Maintain documentation related to space planning, move coordination, work orders, fleet activities, and facility operations.
  • Support facility improvement projects, workplace optimization initiatives, and operational efficiency efforts.

 

What You’ll Bring (Required Qualifications) 

  • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent  
  • 3 or more years of experience in a services, maintenances, or operations role
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Working knowledge of SAP

Compensation Range

This position has a base salary range of $63,900 – $86,900.

Where a candidate offer falls within the posted range depends on the candidate's experience, skills, and alignment with the role’s requirements.
