The Enterprise Change Manager is responsible for creating and implementing change management strategies and plans across the organization.
The initial phase of this role will focus on defining, designing, and standing up an enterprise-wide change management organization and associated operating model.
The Manager will work closely with key stakeholders, including senior BU and functional leaders, project managers, and cross-functional teams, to ensure a coordinated and consistent enterprise approach to change and optimize change resources.
Responsibilities May Include:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy that is aligned with the organization's overall strategic and cultural objectives and Phillips’ vision and values.
- Ensure strategy supports the management of an organization-wide High Performing Organization (HPO) strategy that facilitates the alignment and integration of people, processes, technology, vision, and strategy.
- Serve as an organizational change consultant and leader, providing expert change management consultation to key stakeholders to build organizational awareness and support, and achieve targeted benefits and outcomes.
- Lead the change management team and collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior BU and functional leaders, project managers, and cross-functional teams, to ensure a coordinated and consistent approach to change.
- Leverage a change management methodology, process, and associated tools to create a strategy that supports the adoption of the relevant changes required by a strategy, program, or project.
- Conduct change impact assessments to identify risks, challenges, and opportunities for business programs and projects, including shared services implementation across units and regions; identify key stakeholders and assess change readiness.
- Design and deliver change management interventions, including communications plans, leadership action plans, custom engagements, workshops, and other initiatives to build awareness, understanding, and support for upcoming changes.
- Define and manage a sustainability program to drive partnership with the business and embed ways of working that support the business and KPIs.
- Build change management competency, capability, and sustainable change management practices within Phillips 66.
Required Qualifications:
- Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10 or more years of direct organizational effectiveness or change management experience
- Demonstrated program and project management skills, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments associated with work processes and small to medium projects
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with key internal stakeholders
- Participated in an organizational cultural transformation
- Experience with organizational diagnostics
- Ability to travel, if needed, up to 10% of the time
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree
- 15 or more years of change management experience, including leading at the enterprise level
- 3 or more years of human resources experience
- Understanding of fundamental organizational design principles
- Have developed and managed scopes of work with third parties
