What to expect
The Compensation Advisor supports enterprise-wide compensation programs by analyzing market trends, evaluating job roles, and advising on salary decisions to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices. This role involves collaborating with business leaders to align compensation strategies with organizational goals, administering merit budgets, and staying current with regulatory changes. With a focus on data-driven insights and strategic support, the advisor helps shape compensation policies that attract and retain top talent.
What You’ll Do
- Planning and administering U.S. compensation programs including base salary management, short-term and long-term incentive programs, and employee recognition progrms.
- Participating in various compensation surveys and conducting salary survey analysis.
- Leveraging data and analysis skills to prepare compensation models and develop recommendations.
- Serving as Compensation SME in the Total Rewards Center of Excellence, including primary point of contact for one or more business units or functions.
- Problem solving with HR Business Partners to resolve strategic and tactical compensation and pay practice matters.
- Providing compensation expertise to Talent Acquisition Partners to support recruiting activities.
- Participating and/or leading compensation-related initiatives and participating on strategic HR project teams.
- Managing compensation activities for mergers and acquisitions.
- Communicating to various levels of the organization and presenting prepared materials on compensation programs.
- Works with full competence to develop, design and implement fit for purpose reward and recognition systems that are equitable, market based and cost effective. Typically works without supervision and may provide technical guidance.
What You’ll Bring
- 5 or more years of professional experience in a business or HR role
- 5 or more years of direct experience in Compensation or related HR role
- Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of compensation programs, plans, and strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support business focused analysis and decisions
- Bachelor’s degree

Compensation and Benefits
- $121,000- $141,000- base pay annually
