Business Analyst, Digital IT Business Solutions, Physical Security & Real Estate Facilities

The Business Analyst will work with Physical Security, Real Estate & Facilities, Corporate Aviation, and IT teams in addition to external vendors, partners, and customers to advance the project portfolio and various business initiatives. This position provides a unique opportunity to build relationships and network across various businesses, IT organizations, and vendors. A successful business analyst has a customer-first mindset and is a self-starter who can learn quickly and work independently.
 

Responsibilities May Include:
• Guide the business units through project and software management processes.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and IT requirements.
• Identify process improvements and enhance business systems.
• Drive awareness of Phillips 66 and IT policies.
• Facilitate and manage relationships between Physical Security, Real Estate & Facilities, IT, and vendors.
• Prioritize and implement IT solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships, software lifecycles, and long-term strategies.
• Translate business needs into IT requirements and opportunities.
• Increase business acumen and advocate for IT policies.
• Optimize business systems and review functional designs.
• Coordinate testing efforts.
• Perform feasibility analysis and execute small capital projects.
• Influence process and systems roadmap.
• Assist users with desktop support and software issues.
• Participate in business and industry networks.
• Manage procurement requests and IT Purchase Requisition processes.
 

Required Qualifications:
• Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
• High School Diploma or GED
• 3 or more years of experience in IT or a business functional role
• Working experience with business requirements gathering methodologies
 

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects, deliver on commitments, and use sound judgment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong collaboration, facilitation, and influencing skills
• Business value mindset, demonstrated business acumen
• Innovation and continuous improvement mindset
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with IT and business partners
