Phillips 66 is seeking an Advisor, Logistics BI! Join a dynamic team where you’ll bridge analytics, business operations, and system solutions to drive commercial success. What You’ll Do
- Analyze organizational reporting requirements and translate them into actionable reporting, KPI tracking, and dashboard standards.
- Develop and implement process and system configuration solutions to support new or changing business needs.
- Conduct research and data analysis to identify key trends, themes, and insights that inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with commercial front office, support groups, and IT to design and implement system solutions.
- Create, maintain, and optimize system-specific data and reporting tools.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional projects, driving best practices and continuous improvement.
- Develop and deliver training on new systems and processes.
- Proactively share knowledge and provide specialist advice on data, analytics, and system configuration.
- Occasionally work non-standard hours, including weekends and holidays, as business needs require.
What You’ll Bring - Required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in analytics, commercial operations, or commercial support functions.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools.
- Strong experience with SAP S/4 HANA and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Legally authorized to work in the posting country.

- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Compensation Range
This position has a base salary range of $121,500 – $148,500.

The Commercial organization works to effectively leverage assets and market knowledge to create additional value within the risk parameters of the Company. We do this by maximizing general interest profitability, enhancing return on capital employed by successfully partnering with the Refining, Transportation and Marketing functions to ensure Value Chain Integration. Our truck and rail fleets support our feedstock and distribution operations. Rail movements are provided via a fleet of more than 10,000 owned and leased rail cars. Truck movements are provided through numerous third-party trucking companies, as well as through our 100 percent-owned subsidiary, Sentinel Transportation LLC.
