What to Expect

As an Advisor in Billing, you’ll play a pivotal role in optimizing and managing the accounts payable and billing processes that support our trading and commercial operations. You’ll collaborate across departments, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with internal and external standards. Your analytical mindset and ability to leverage technology will be essential in delivering operational excellence and supporting strategic objectives.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Foster vendor relationships and oversee timely, accurate processing of invoices and billing documentation
  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and automate billing and accounts payable processes, especially those supporting trading operations
  • Generate, analyze, and present reports on billing and accounts payable metrics, including aging reports, vendor performance, and process efficiency
  • Audit and ensure quality of invoice processing, billing accuracy, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  • Support account reconciliation by researching and resolving outstanding items
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement best practices for billing and accounts payable management
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of financial policies, guidelines, and protocols
  • Analyze the impact of new products, systems, and pricing on billing processes, and propose adjustments as needed
  • Participate in projects to implement accounting software solutions and enhance productivity
  • Provide training, feedback, and coaching to support knowledge growth within the team
  • Monitor and report on risk parameters, ensuring effective controls and compliance
  • Prepare and summarize data for special reports and support continuous improvement initiatives

 

What You’ll Bring (Required Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and standard office software. Intermediate proficiency required
  • Knowledge of relevant accounting regulations and compliance requirements Intermediate proficiency required
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and implement automation solutions
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
  • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country

Compensation Range:

$93,600 - $114,400 annual base salary
