As a Sr Admin Assistant I, you will work in a fast-paced, professional environment where attention to detail, clear communication, and sound judgment every day. What You’ll Do

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support that helps leaders and teams stay focused, organized, and productive.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and prepare materials to ensure leaders are well-prepared and priorities stay on track.
  • Serve as a reliable first point of contact by welcoming visitors, handling calls and routine inquiries, and directing more complex matters appropriately.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, correspondence, data entry, and records using established processes with accuracy and discretion.
  • Anticipate administrative needs and support meetings, projects, and activities so work runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Partner with colleagues across the function to coordinate events and provide general administrative support.
  • Process expense reports, invoices, and other routine administrative transactions in accordance with standard procedures and quality guidelines.
  • Manage multiple tasks within assigned schedules while adapting to changing priorities and requests.
  • Build strong working relationships by communicating clearly, responding promptly, and delivering dependable support.
  • Continue developing administrative skills by learning new tools, improving processes, and contributing to overall team effectiveness.

What You’ll Bring – Required

  • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
  • Possess a valid driver's license
  • Must be 18 years old
  • Must be willing and able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to comply with the following:
    • Travel up to 5%
    • Operate company vehicle on site premises and/or public roads up to 15%
    • Work extended hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, and perform occasional duties
    • Transport articles up to 50 pounds
    • Wear fire retardant clothing and personal protective equipment.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 3 or more months of administrative experience

What Makes You Stand Out – Preferred

  • 3 or more years of administrative experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suites (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality

 

Compensation Range 

This position has a base salary range of $ $65,800 - $80,410.

Where a candidate offer falls within the posted range depends on the candidate's experience, skills, and alignment with the role’s requirements. The Borger Refinery is located in Borger, Texas, in the Texas Panhandle, approximately 50 miles north of Amarillo, Texas. Refinery facilities include crude distilling, naphtha reforming, fluid catalytic cracking, alkylation, hydrodesulfurization and delayed coking units. The refinery processes primarily medium sour crude oil produced locally, and heavy sour crude oil produced in Canada, all of which are delivered by pipeline. Borger produces a high percentage of transportation fuels, as well as petroleum coke, NGLs and solvents. Refined products are distributed to customers via pipelines from the refinery to West Texas, New Mexico, Colorado and the Midcontinent region.
