As Advisor II, Refining FP&A – Borger, you will support financial planning, analysis, and reporting to guide strategic decisions and improve operational performance. You will blend analytical rigor with business partnership, helping stakeholders understand trends, evaluate opportunities, and make informed decisions. This role provides the opportunity to contribute meaningful insights while building your expertise across financial modeling, research, and data-driven analysis.
What You'll Do
- Lead and contribute to economic, financial, and statistical analysis used to support business strategies and operational decision-making.
- Develop basic financial models, support business case preparation, and interpret key trends to provide actionable insights.
- Prepare reports that translate complex information into clear guidance for leaders across the organization.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data using established tools, methods, and research systems.
- Support planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes while maintaining alignment with policies and best practices.
- Collaborate with operations, commercial, business development, and financial services teams to improve business outcomes.
- Assist others in navigating data systems and resolving process-related inquiries.
- Engage in ongoing capability development by learning industry practices and exploring emerging technologies.
What You'll Bring – Required
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- 1 or more years of experience in financial, economic, or statistical analysis
- Intermediate or greater proficiency preparing reports, analyzing datasets, and interpreting financial or operational trends
- Legally authorized to work in the job posting country

- Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, or scenario analysis
- Background in the energy or midstream industry
- Intermediate or greater proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools such as SAP, Excel, FR&P, or SQL/BI reporting systems

- Demonstrated curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn new tools and technologies
- Ability to independently manage workload and meet deadlines

Compensation Range
This position has a base salary range of $106,200 – $129,800.
