What You’ll Do
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Develop detailed activity schedules for routine and non-routine maintenance, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Oversee the execution of construction and refurbishment projects, managing resource allocation across multiple work packages.
- Collaborate with engineering and field teams to review proposals, adjust plans, and track project progress.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and regulatory requirements, analyzing maintenance data and reporting on performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide direction and support to contractors and team members, fostering a safe and efficient work environment.
- Conduct audits, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Coordinate downtime and project schedules, communicate updates to stakeholders and developing site-specific safety and execution plans.
- Stay current with best practices and technology, participate in ongoing training, and contribute to a culture of accountability and collaboration.
What You’ll Bring – Required
- Legally authorized to work in the job posting country.
- Willing and able to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC).
- Possession of a valid driver's license
- Must be willing and able, with or without reasonable accommodations, to comply with the following:
- Operate company vehicle on site premises and/or public roads up to 100%.
- Work extended hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, and perform occasional duties.
- Transport articles up to 50 pounds
- Climb ladders and stairs up to 40 feet
- Work safely in harsh weather conditions.
- Wear fire retardant clothing and personal protective equipment.
- Maintain face daily for proper respirator/face mask seal. (some examples include being free of facial hair and/or clean shaven)

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Currently hold or be willing and able to obtain an Operator Qualification Certificate
- Must be 18 years of age
- 3 or more years of maintenance experience in the Energy industry or similar
- 4 or more months of basic leadership experience
What Makes You Stand Out – Preferred
- Associate’s degree or higher
- 2 or more years of experience supervising employees or contractors
- Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Word; SAP, and Microsoft Projects
- Working knowledge of pipeline integrity programs, assessment techniques, rotating equipment and electrical maintenance
- Working knowledge of pipeline and terminal operations
- Working knowledge of pipeline maintenance procedures, policies, and DOT regulations
Compensation Range:
- $111,600 - $136,40
Midstream
The Phillips 66 Midstream business is a safe, reliable, and trusted provider for the movement, storage, gathering, and processing of liquid or gas energy via pipelines or terminals. We are an industry leader in logistics and operate or manage more than 70,000 miles of pipelines that transport crude oil from oil fields to refineries and finished products from refineries to storage terminals. We operate 39 terminals that supply finished products to consumer gas stations, as well as crude oil and NGL storage terminals and NGL fractionation facilities. Our capabilities include extensive natural gas gathering and processing operations, enhancing our wellhead-to-market strategy. We also provide the connectivity between the various Phillips 66 business units.
