Advisor I, Knowledge Center

As an Advisor I, Knowledge Center, you will support operational excellence by combining strong data management, technical problem-solving, and knowledge administration. This role helps ensure secure, efficient, and well-structured information environments while partnering closely with technical teams and end users.

 

What You’ll Do

• Support operational planning, documentation, and procedural development while maintaining accurate and compliant knowledge assets.

• Process requests, maintain digital and physical information resources, and support migration of records across platforms.

• Maintain and update third party subscriptions and the KC website with accurate links and forms for accessing knowledge assets. 

• Provide input to Learning & Development to maintain current training platforms on available knowledge resources. 

• Ensure ERI records are migrated between enterprise platforms with data integrity and compliance to standards. 

• Coordinate functional testing with ERI subject matter experts for enterprise data and knowledge initiatives, including AI-driven tools for data accessibility. 

• Engage with SMEs to validate data structures, retention policies, and suitability of third‑party tools and standards.

• Create and maintain high‑quality documentation, contribute to as‑is and to‑be analyses, and support process improvement initiatives.

• Maintain and manage revisions for ERI templates (Technical Bulletins, Memoranda, Analytical Method Development).

 

What You’ll Bring – Required

• 3 or more years of experience in knowledge management, content administration, or information systems

• Intermediate proficiency in information management tools and platforms, including Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Library Science, Data Management, or related field

• Legally authorized to work in the job posting country

 

What Makes You Stand Out – Preferred

• Experience with knowledge management systems, SharePoint, or digital content administration

• Familiarity with enterprise data governance, retention frameworks, or AI‑enabled knowledge tools

• Foundational experience with application development, testing, or configuration processes

• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and contribute to process and capability improvements

• Ability to diagnose issues, analyze data, and support documentation and testing activities

• Strong communication, accountability, and organizational skills

 

Compensation Range 

This position has a base salary range of $93,600 - $114,400.

Where a candidate offer falls within the posted range depends on the candidate's experience, skills, and alignment with the role’s requirements.
