As a Talent Acquisition Partner, Hourly Recruiting, you will provide expertise as a subject matter expert and talent advisor by partnering and building relationships with client groups and functional partners. This position will act as a trusted business partner through managing the full life cycle recruiting process and providing recommendations to resolve all recruitment related challenges through professional consultation, creative problem solving, and market data.


Responsibilities May Include:

  • Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with hiring managers and functional teams to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Use your knowledge of hourly recruiting to provide solutions and influence outcomes while coaching and consulting leaders on hourly staffing practices.
  • Support and develop local hourly recruiting strategies in various geographic locations across the United States.
  • Travel to refinery locations to lead interview teams and evaluate hourly candidates.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple, simultaneous requisitions and various recruiting- related projects.
  • Possess strong business acumen with the ability to interact in a consultative nature with individuals at all levels within the organization, including the ability to persuade and influence key decision makers.
  • Responsible for applying creative approaches to identify critical hourly talent for our workforce.
  • Establish and maintain candidate pipelines.
  • Manage all stages of recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing candidate relationships. 
  • Utilize market knowledge to create informed recruitment strategies.
  • Oversee the candidate relationship through the assessment and selection process for hourly hiring. 


Minimum Requirements:

  • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
  • High School Diploma/GED or higher
  • 1 or more years of recruiting experience within an agency or corporate setting
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Willing and able to travel up to 25%


Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 1 or more years recruiting an hourly workforce in manufacturing or other similar industry
  • 1 or more years of experience conducting Behavioral based Interviews, either as a leader or part of a team
  • 3 or more years of full cycle recruiting experience within an agency or corporate setting
  • Demonstrated experience in forecasting, attracting, sourcing, and hiring employees in hourly manufacturing environments
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (SuccessFactors preferred), Customer Relationship Management Systems or related system proficiency
