The Supervisor, Time Administration is responsible for supervision of the Time Administration group and serves as the business owner of the Phillips 66 time and scheduling system, Workforce Software.
Responsibilities May Include
- Apply knowledge of time and attendance, payroll rules, tax, regulations when working with multiple business units to ensure pay accuracy is realized through time capture and scheduling in the system of record
- Develop and execute strategy for time administration
- Partner with Employee Relations, Labor Relations and Legal to confirm compliance
- Identifying and executing automation opportunities in order to streamline processes and drive efficiencies
- Ability to handle highly confidential information in a professional manner
- Management of external vendors
- Ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with the highest levels of professionalism
- Communicate regular updates to stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
- Develop, mentor, and provide growth opportunities for employees
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 1 or more years of experience with vendor/contract management
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior supervisory experience
- Ability to drive change through technology
- Working knowledge of automation tools (Workforce Software, Microsoft Power Platform, SQL Query, etc.)
- Knowledge of general pay practices in a union environment
- Excellent people and team skills with the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with employees, external vendors and staff
- Strong analytical and organization skills with attention to detail
