What to Expect
As a Senior Exchange Administrator, you’ll play a pivotal role in analyzing, optimizing, and supporting enterprise IT systems and messaging environments. You’ll collaborate across teams to drive innovation, ensure accountability, and deliver robust digital solutions that empower business performance. What You'll Do
- Analyze and document current (“as is”) and future (“to be”) IT processes, identifying areas for improvement and leading change initiatives.
- Provide advanced technical support for Microsoft Exchange Online, Exchange Server, Outlook, Teams, and related messaging technologies.
- Manage and resolve issues affecting Microsoft 365 applications and messaging systems, including server/client problems, operational issues, and disaster recovery.
- Design, implement, and maintain business-critical infrastructure, including storage, data center, and client/server environments.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate and support Microsoft 365 and messaging systems.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and root-cause analyses.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with standards, policies, and configuration guidelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop plans, and communicate technical information to non-technical users.
- Participate in after-hours and weekend rotations for global messaging support.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices through continuous learning.
What You'll Bring (Required Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field, OR 5 years of relevant industry experience.
- 3+ years of experience managing global enterprise messaging systems and administering Exchange.
- Advanced skills in process analysis, data management, and technical troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and hands-on experience with hybrid messaging environments (Exchange Online/on-prem). (Proficiency level needed: Advanced)
- Legally authorized to work in the posting country.

Compensation Range:
$136,800 – 167,200 annual base salary
