- Review monthly tasks for accuracy for all regulated entities.
- Transactional/systems support for team members and business units – SAP Fixed Assets Module and group asset accounting.
- FERC account reconciliations.
- Depreciation rate studies preparation and support.
- Research internal practices when FERC audit findings are released.
- Acquisition/divestment transitions and integrations.
- Master data reviews.
- Support other internal organizations' fixed assets needs (FERC Reporting Team, Federal Tax, Property Tax, Strategy, Business Development, FP&A, Accounting Policy, etc.)
- Training/support of Managed Service Provider (MSP) activities as needs arise.
- Process design and continuous improvement.

- Prepare PP&E FERC quarterly filings for the more complex entities.
- Assist with quarterly reviews of less complex entities prepared by our MSP.
- Prepare FERC Service Level Agreement (SLA) results for our MSP efforts.
- Field FERC regulatory team questions and supports the MSP in answering questions.

- Prepare and/or coordinate the additional annual schedules for FERC entities.
- Prepare and/or review RRC PP&E submissions to the reporting team.
- Prepare and/or review property tax reports.
- Review state reporting submissions.
- Support various audit requests (internal, external, JV, FERC, etc).
- Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 or more years of Accounting experience
- 1 or more years in Fixed Asset Accounting
- PP&E FERC reporting – group asset accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and lookup formulas), Word & Outlook
- SAP experience (including SAP Analysis for Office)
- Strong desire for problem solving
- Commitment to accuracy
- Self-starter with ability to come up with own solutions
- Effective communication skills with many people and organizations
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines
- Blackline experience
- Service Now (SNOW) experience
