The Order To Cash Analyst is responsible for MSP oversight related to issuer settlement and month-end close processes associated with credit card transactions for Marketing sites, as well as reviewing account reconciliations prior to submission. Other areas of focus will be around improvement opportunities, projects, and system implementations.
Responsibilities May Include:
- MSP oversight related to Marketing Payment Systems.
- Audit / Legal requests.
- Account reconciliation support.
- New payment type (new card type) setup and stabilization.
- Assist with marketing-related requests/questions concerning credit card setup at sites and how the accounting works for the marketers/consignees.
Required Qualifications:
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- SAP knowledge
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
- SAP Experience
- Effective communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines
