Join a high-impact team responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the health and performance of global IT infrastructure and applications. As the IT Analyst I, Provisioning, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring service continuity, driving process improvements, and supporting both cloud-based and on-premises environments. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate across functions, respond to real-time technical challenges, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of IT operations.
What You’ll Do
- Support the environment for user provisioning.
- Complete account lifecycle management which includes creation, deletion, de-provision, changes, mailbox access for all varying account types for the Phillips 66 windows network/domain.
- Support application provisioning and auditing which includes: the onboarding of applications for both internal and external applications.
- Creation of audit documentation for each application in addition to provisioning access for each application.
- Work with vendors and application owners for various troubleshooting.
- Database administration for our application access database that houses the dataset and user information for each application.
- Audit approximately 150 applications, which includes working with both internal auditors and external auditors annually for various audits leveraging Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
- Support Compliance, Access & Group Management which includes Data governance and permissions for all shared data for the Phillips 66 windows network/domain.
- Complete group lifecycle management which includes creation, deletion, de-provision, changes, and application testing of compliance tools.
What You’ll Bring
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 or more years of experience in IT support or IT operations
- Willing and able to provide after-hours on-call support on a rotational basis including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Legally authorized to work in the job posting country

Compensation Range
This position has a base salary range of $72,000 - $88,000.
