The Branded Account Specialist – Contracts & Customer Service provides support to US Marketing customers and the Sales Organizations for a specific channel of trade and/or region. This is a highly interactive role, interfacing directly with customers and working in collaboration with numerous internal groups. The position is accountable for new customer set up, providing existing customers with program information and support, and seeking resolution for all customer inquiries. 
 

Responsibilities May Include

  • Managing customer lifecycle including initial set up, updates, and renewal or termination
  • Coordinating the effective and timely resolution of customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Interfacing with internal groups (i.e. - Demand Management, Pricing, Billing, Data Admin, Terminal Clearance, and Tax) in a way that develops strong working relationships and effective coordination of activities critical to our customers
  • Actively working with Sales Managers and Account Representatives to achieve results
  • Preparing ad hoc reports, summarizing information, interpreting data to provide the best possible service levels for our customers
  • Providing proactive contacts with our customers to support US Marketing direction and create better communication 

 

Required Qualifications

  • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3 or more years of experience in Sales Support, Account Management, Customer Service, or related fields
  • Proficient at managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining excellent customer service 
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to work independently and under time constraints to get things done
  • Communication Skills: Experience communicating effectively with others, both verbally and in writing

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Previous experience in a role in which success was driven by creating solutions and achieving business results through significant personal effort
  • Business Knowledge: Experience with and/or understanding of relevant US Marketing channel of trade and/or groups that provide services for US Marketing
  • Problem Solving: Ability to define options around solving issues and then to coordinate activities to implement the chosen solution
  • Collaboration: At least one role in which results were created by working closely with others in a team setting where trust and cooperation was necessary to drive success 
  • Attention to Detail: At least one role in which being successful required thoroughness and accuracy in working with large amounts of detail
  • Systems: Proficient in Excel, Word, SAP, MDG, and Salesforce with the ability to become proficient working in PowerBI, BusinessObjects, and SharePoint.
  • Analytics: Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions
  • Influencing Others: Ability to directly or indirectly affect the outcome of a situation that is beyond your immediate sphere of control
