As an HR Customer Service Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for employees and supervisors seeking HR support. What You’ll Do

  • Provide accurate support to employees and supervisors for HR tools, payroll, policies, and talent management.
  • Handle HR inquiries via phone, web, or chat, using established procedures and digital systems to resolve questions efficiently.
  • Perform data entry, maintain records, and ensure information is accessible and correct.
  • Communicate clearly, follow guidelines, and escalate issues when needed, always prioritizing the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with your team to create a welcoming environment and share knowledge.
  • Suggest improvements to processes and contribute to knowledge articles.
  • Manage sensitive HR data confidentially and support HR programs and services.
  • Continuously look for ways to simplify and enhance HR service delivery.
  • Build trust and solve problems with every interaction, making a positive impact on those you support.
  • Exchange information with internal and external clients through courteous interactions.
  • Carry out operational tasks and basic project responsibilities by following established processes.

 

What You’ll Bring (Required Qualifications)

  • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • 6 or more months of experience working in customer service, a call center, Human Resources, or similar customer-facing role

 

What Makes You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • 3 or more years of experience in a Human Resources role
  • Experience working in SuccessFactors or similar HR systems
  • Good analytical skills and proven problem-solving abilities in a time-critical environment
  • Motivated and self-directed, committed to providing a high level of customer service
  • Proven team player with superior interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

 

Compensation Range:

$47,400- $57,970 base pay salary range
