What You'll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, IM, online networks, and email, troubleshooting and resolving issues with credit card processing, point-of-sale hardware/software, and network connectivity
  • Enter, review, and verify financial and operational data in company systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Facilitate customer supply requests and support chargeback inquiries, batch totals, and reconciliation in credit card settlement systems
  • File and retrieve documents, prepare reports, and maintain records to meet performance targets and regulatory standards
  • Maintain technical proficiency in assigned software, hardware, and web-based platforms; learn new technologies as required
  • Support requests regarding extranet sites and downstream systems interfacing with credit card systems
  • Participate in training, assessment, and development activities to continuously build personal capabilit

 

What You'll Bring

  • Legally authorized to work in job posting country
  • 4+ months of experience with office/operational systems
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays, including overnight (8pm to 8am)

 

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Demonstrated experience in help desk or technical support, especially in information systems or accounting environments
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other business software applications
  • Familiarity with EPOS equipment, credit card systems, and downstream business processes
  • Knowledge of communication devices/methods such as Broadband, VSAT, and DSL
  • Access to and knowledge of downstream systems which interface with the Credit Card System
  • Ability to learn other software and web-based applications per the requirements of this role
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and computer products
  • Ability to write professional reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
  • Ability to effectively present detailed information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and/or customer

 

Compensation Range

  • $68,100- 83,270 annually
