As Advisor III, Talent Platform, you will implement and manage a portfolio of technology that enables our various talent processes. We are looking for a passionate leader who excels at problem-solving, using systems thinking approach, collaboration, and organizational skills to deliver solutions. They will be accountable for managing the implementation of and maintaining selected tools for the enterprise. What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in support of talent strategies, connecting strategic priorities to the capabilities and constraints of the talent technology ecosystem.
  • Manage and support a portfolio of HR and talent technology that enables key people processes across the organization.
  • Use critical thinking skills to monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement software fixes or updates to keep tools functioning well.
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of HR data by testing systems, troubleshooting complex issues, and resolving defects efficiently.
  • Evaluate enhancements and new functionality, balancing user experience, data impacts, integrations, and long-term sustainability.
  • Deliver meaningful HR data, reporting, and insights that inform decision-making and enhance the employee experience.
  • Plan, execute, and operationalize technical projects to support the development, testing, implementation, and delivery of programs and processes.
  • Lead or support testing, deployment, and operationalization of new features or enhancements, assessing impacts across data, integrations, and user experience.
  • Partner with HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to plan and deliver well-integrated system implementations, upgrades, and process improvements that align with talent strategies and business needs.
  • Provide guidance, training, and ongoing support so users understand and effectively use HR and talent platforms.
  • Apply a strong understanding of the end-to-end employee lifecycle to ensure solutions are compliant, scalable, and well-integrated.
  • Stay current on technology trends and best practices, using a thoughtful, problem-solving approach to support evolving business needs.

 

What You’ll Bring – Required

  • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3 or more years of HR or IT experience
  • Intermediate proficiency working autonomously to manage and prioritize a broad range of assignments involving collaborative work with employees in different departments with varying levels of seniority

 

What Makes You Stand Out – Preferred

  • 5 or more years of HR Technology or HRIS support experience
  • Strong collaborative, writing, analytical, and communication skills
  • Experience working with confidential information
  • Process design experience
  • Excellent collaboration partnering skills, facilitation and influencing skills
  • Proven experience in an environment requiring attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to think critically and to influence, negotiate, and consult to achieve the optimum solution
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast-paced, complex, multi-tasking hybrid environment
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects from analysis through delivery concurrently
  • Experience managing, planning, and implementing projects and strategic change initiatives for sustained impact

 

 

Compensation Range 

This position has a base salary range of $121,500- $148,500.

Where a candidate offer falls within the posted range depends on the candidate's experience, skills, and alignment with the role’s requirements.
