What You’ll Do
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and ongoing support of enterprise unified communications and voice services to deliver reliable, secure collaboration experiences.
- Partner with senior architects, network engineers, and business teams to support upgrades, migrations, and new deployments, while assisting with solution design, standards, and technology evaluations.
- Monitor system performance and analyze usage and call quality trends to identify opportunities to improve stability, resiliency, and user experience.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex issues, troubleshooting and resolving problems across voice, video, and collaboration platforms in a timely manner.
- Maintain system documentation, configurations, and change records, and contribute to incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Coordinate with vendors and support partners for issue resolution, testing, upgrades, and ongoing service improvements.
- Support testing and validation activities to ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and reliability expectations.
- Collaborate across teams and organizational boundaries to deliver seamless support to end users and stakeholders.
- Continue building technical capabilities by staying current on unified communications technologies and industry best practices, applying new knowledge to strengthen delivered services.
What You’ll Bring – Required
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 3 or more years of hands‑on experience supporting telecommunications, unified communications, or networked voice and collaboration technologies
- Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
What Makes You Stand Out – Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience supporting telecommunications, unified communications, or networked voice and collaboration technologies
- Experience supporting enterprise unified communications platforms such as Cisco CUCM, Unity, Webex, or similar technologies
- Exposure to voice quality, call reporting, E911, or telecom monitoring and optimization tools
- Familiarity with WAN, LAN, QoS, or SD‑WAN concepts as they relate to voice and collaboration services
- Experience working in an ITIL‑aligned environment with incident, problem, and change management practices
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Practical experience working independently to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in production environments
- Foundational knowledge of voice, data, and IP‑based communication systems, with the ability to analyze performance and identify issues
- Experience collaborating with technical teams, service partners, or vendors to support system changes, deployments, or issue resolution
- Ability to document configurations, changes, and operational processes clearly and accurately
- Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Compensation Range
This position has a base salary range of $106,200 - $129,800.
