Internship Overview

Our internship program encourages collaboration, personal and professional growth. As an intern at Phillips 66, you'll work on challenging projects, collaborate with industry experts, and contribute to real-world solutions. The internship is an 11-week, 40-hours per week program offering competitive compensation, relocation assistance and career development opportunities.
