Basic Purpose / Accountabilities

Responsible for coordinating and executing crude oil, refined product and renewable commodity movements across the EAME region, supporting trading activity through safe, efficient, and cost‑effective operational execution while maintaining high standards of data integrity, compliance, and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute movements across multiple modes of transport, including iso-containers, trucks, rail, barges and vessels, supporting current business requirements and future growth opportunities across commodities.
• Manage complex logistics programmes, including multi-parcel vessel loadings and discharges, ensuring effective coordination between terminals, surveyors, counterparties, service providers and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee stock levels and inventory planning across several locations. Own supply scheduling and logistics planning, ensuring operational execution is aligned with commercial requirements and constraints.
• Liaise with Traders, Risk, Finance, Legal, HSSE and other internal stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and accurate entry of movements and costs into trading systems.
• Optimise operations to minimise demurrage, losses, and avoidable costs.
• Comply with regulatory and internal control requirements.
• Being Contactable 24/7.
