Join Phillips 66 as a Sales Rep II, Unbranded Expeditor, Unbranded Sales and play a key role in supporting customer growth, operational excellence, and sales execution. This position combines customer-focused sales support with business development activities, helping strengthen customer relationships, improve processes, and drive value across Unbranded Sales operations while contributing to business goals and customer success.
What You’ll Do
- Support Unbranded Sales operations by coordinating quote entry, contract support, pricing validation, Salesforce administration, customer troubleshooting, and other sales activities that enhance customer responsiveness and business development efforts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, address customer needs, resolve issues, and deliver a positive customer experience.
- Identify potential sales opportunities through customer interactions, referrals, industry events, conferences, and market engagement while supporting implementation of business initiatives and regulatory changes.
- Use CRM tools and sales technologies to manage customer information, monitor data accuracy, track sales activities, analyze trends, and support informed business decisions.
- Collaborate with Pricing & Supply, Credit, IT, Customer & Commercial Support, Commercial teams, and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues, improve processes, and deliver business results.
- Continuously improve sales processes and automation opportunities, participate on initiative teams, and contribute to operational KPI performance and organizational goals.
What You’ll Bring – Required
- Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 or more years of relevant sales, customer service, commercial, operations, or related experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% as needed
What Makes You Stand Out – Preferred
- Previous sales, account management, or customer-facing experience within the oil and gas, marketing, transportation, or commercial operations industries
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Oracle Siebel CRM, or similar sales technologies
- Experience analyzing sales, customer, or operational data to identify trends and support business decisions
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and lead cross-functional initiatives
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to create mutually beneficial customer solutions
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills, including virtual communications and presentations
- Experience implementing process improvements, automation initiatives, or operational efficiencies
- Participation in customer-facing industry events, conferences, or trade associations
- General knowledge of Pricing & Supply or related commercial processes
- Experience working independently with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience building customer relationships, identifying customer needs, and supporting sales or commercial activities
- Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Compensation Range
This position has a base salary range of $108,900- $133, 100.
