Join our Sourcing team as Advisor, Strategic Sourcing and help deliver value through effective procurement and supplier partnerships. This role supports sourcing strategies, manages sourcing events, negotiates commercial agreements, and collaborates across the business to drive efficient, compliant, and cost-conscious purchasing decisions while building strong stakeholder and supplier relationships.
What You'll Do
- implement sourcing plans for assigned categories and support end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities, including research, market analysis, supplier evaluation, bidding, and contract negotiations.
- coordinate and manage sourcing events and the RFP process, engage suppliers throughout the process, and serve as a primary point of contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
- conduct research using primary data sources and analyze market trends, cost drivers, supplier capabilities, business requirements, and key themes to support sourcing recommendations and commercial decisions.
- support and lead vendor negotiations and manage category- and initiative-related sourcing activities.
- maintain sourcing documentation and support compliance with procurement processes, company standards, and established sourcing plans.
- produce, update, and maintain complex documents, databases, reports, procurement systems, and other business tools to provide operational visibility, support reporting, and improve processes.
- use procurement software, database tools, reporting tools, and other supply chain systems and digital technologies to improve efficiency, data quality, sourcing effectiveness, and business process visibility.
- provide best-practice support to colleagues, advise as needed, and continue developing my professional capabilities through training, coaching, and ongoing awareness of relevant technology, regulations, and industry best practices.
What You'll Bring – Required
- Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 or more years of experience working independently in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or related business functions
- Intermediate proficiency in verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and internal business partners
What Makes You Stand Out – Preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience coordinating sourcing projects, supplier engagements, or contract management activities
- Knowledge of procurement software, eProcurement systems, supplier management platforms, or purchase-to-pay processes
- Experience with vendor negotiations, cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or commercial evaluations
- Advanced proficiency with reporting tools, databases, Microsoft Office applications, and data analysis techniques
- Familiarity with supplier performance management, procurement process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration
- Professional development, certifications, or continuing education related to procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management
- Ability to conduct research, analyze data, identify trends, and support sourcing and commercial decisions
- Experience supporting contract administration, supplier management, sourcing activities, or procurement processes
- Ability to use standard business software and procurement systems to manage data, reporting, and documentation
Compensation Range
This position has a base salary range of $108,900 – $133,100.
