As an Associate, Warehouse Technician II, you will play a key role in supporting midstream operations by independently managing daily logistics, inventory control, and supply chain activities across multiple facilities within our midstream operations supporting G&P and Pipeline. You will help ensure the accurate receiving, kitting, staging, and delivery of materials that support preventative maintenance programs and emergency repairs while maintaining critical spare parts coordination through SAP.
What You’ll Do
- Receive inbound shipments, verify quantities and documentation, cross-reference part numbers, and complete receipts in SAP.
- Issue materials using established controls and execute front-end and back-end SAP inventory transactions.
- Conduct routine cycle counts and bin/location audits to research and resolve discrepancies while maintaining a 98%+ inventory accuracy target.
- Pull, kit, label, and stage materials for scheduled preventative maintenance work orders, including preparing forecasts, pack lists, and required SAP paperwork.
- Maintain warehouse organization, slotting efficiency, and general housekeeping standards.
- Monitor SAP minimum/maximum stock replenishment levels for consumable, routine maintenance, and maintenance materials, including oversight of high-value, long-lead critical components across the region.
- Deliver staged kits and materials to nearby facilities using company vehicles and safely secure trailer loads for transport.
- Support urgent spot deliveries, expedite hot-shot orders for emergency repairs during unplanned outages, and support after-hours outage calls as needed.
What You’ll Bring – Required
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 5+ years of industrial warehousing, material coordination, and logistics experience.
- 3+ years of direct hands-on experience performing inventory transactions in SAP, preferably in MM/WM modules, including receiving, issuing, and cycle counting.
- Certified, or willing and able to become certified, to operate heavy-duty material-handling equipment, including propane-powered forklifts.
- Willing and able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to comply with the following:
- Travel up to 5%.
- Operate a company vehicle on site premises and/or public roads as needed for material deliveries between nearby facilities.
- Work extended hours, which may include evenings, weekends, holidays, occasional mandatory overtime, emergency callouts, and after-hours outage support.
- Lift and transport articles up to 50 pounds.
- Work safely around industrial equipment and in harsh weather conditions, including dusty, drafty environments and extreme seasonal temperatures.
- Wear required personal protective equipment and comply with standard site safety attire requirements, including safety-toe footwear and company-issued safety gear.
What Makes You Stand Out – Preferred
- Working knowledge of midstream oil and gas operations, including planned maintenance programs, rotating equipment, and day-to-day operations support.
- 3+ years working within the midstream oil and gas sector.
- Experience working overhead cranes.
- Demonstrated experience with warehouse optimization and material control techniques.
- Familiarity with DOT hazardous materials shipping regulations and 3PL.
- Active First Aid and OSHA 10-Hour safety certifications.
Compensation Range
This position has a base salary range of $65,700 – $80,300.
