The Associate II, Facilities Support role provides essential administrative and operational support to Facilities & Services and internal stakeholders. This position plays a key role in ensuring efficient day-to-day operations by managing documentation, supporting procurement processes, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
What You’ll Do
- Support facilities operations by coordinating purchase orders, invoices, and vendor interactions to ensure timely processing and issue resolution
- Create and manage purchase requisitions in SAP, partnering with corporate buyers and internal stakeholders to maintain workflow efficiency
- Review, reconcile, and route invoices for approval while collaborating with Accounts Payable to resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate document records, manage filing systems, and provide SharePoint and document management support
- Compile reports, perform data entry, and ensure information is properly classified, summarized, and accessible
- Provide administrative support including document preparation, scheduling tasks, and coordinating supplies and resources
- Interact with internal clients, vendors, and stakeholders to exchange information and support business needs
- Follow established procedures to ensure operational compliance, data accuracy, and quality standards
What You’ll Bring – Required
- Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 3 months of relevant administrative or clerical experience
- Beginner proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
What Makes You Stand Out – Preferred
- Experience working with SAP or similar enterprise systems
- Experience supporting procurement, invoicing, or purchase order processes
- Familiarity with SharePoint or other document management systems
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to learn new tools and processes quickly
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Previous experience supporting facilities, operations, or administrative teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and complete tasks with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Compensation Range
This position has a base salary range of $55,900- $68,310.
