The Unbranded Accounts Associates supports US Marketing by serving as a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders. You will manage customer interactions, resolve issues, and help deliver reliable service that supports business operations and customer satisfaction. What You’ll Do
• Manage the full customer lifecycle, including onboarding, updates, renewals, and account maintenance while ensuring accurate customer data in systems.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and issue resolution, coordinating with internal teams such as Pricing, Billing, Tax, and Sales.
• Process customer orders, provide product and program information, and maintain strong relationships with customers and sales partners to support business goals.
• Proactively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently and enhance overall customer experience.
• Prepare reports, analyze data, and provide insights to support decision-making and improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems, ensure compliance with policies, and maintain high-quality operational standards.
• Support customer retention by identifying needs, responding to feedback, and helping drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Continuously build knowledge of systems, processes, and products while contributing to process improvements and team success.
What You’ll Bring – Required
• Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 1 or more years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related field
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and Word

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in US Marketing or familiarity with relevant channels of trade
• Knowledge of systems such as SAP, Business Objects, SharePoint, or CRM platforms
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and implement solutions independently
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a team environment and build strong working relationships
• Experience analyzing data and drawing actionable insights
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills in fast-paced environments
• Experience managing customer interactions, resolving issues, and working across multiple teams
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
• Ability to analyze information, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Compensation Range
This position has a base salary range of $69,700 - 85,140.
