What to Expect

As a Stored Media Analyst, you will assist with document storage, microfilm and microfiche storage, and document images. 

 

What You’ll Do

  • Pull, scan, pick-up, deliver, and ship document storage requests
  • Provide back-up for Stored Media Analyst/Physical Objects Lead
  • Assist with warehouse audits
  • Assist 1701 Warehouse Techs as needed
  • Process engineering drawings/data books by scanning/copying
  • Process microform requests by scanning/copying
  • Run several different scanners, including oversize, aperture card, and microform
  • Help with special projects
  • Pull and deliver requested boxes of documents to various Phillips 66 locations from Bartlesville to Ponca City
  • Update and log complete and accurate documentation in software systems such as Livelink and SAP
  • Keep track of special projects by updating Excel worksheets
  • Drive and operate a 2-ton box truck
  • Load and unload freight trucks
  • Receive purchase orders and production orders in SAP
  • Inventory management
  • Shipping and receiving
  • Fill customer work order requests
  • Maintain files for all incoming and outgoing freight
  • Conduct safety audits and inspect safety equipment
  • Use forklifts and warehouse equipment extensively

 

What You’ll Do – Required Qualifications

  • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must maintain a valid driver’s license
  • 1 or more years of Warehouse experience
  • Willing and able to perform/comply, with or without a reasonable accommodation, with the following:
    • Ability to lift 50–75 pounds repetitively
    • Able to work inside and outside when required

 

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Beginner proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Prior experience with Adobe
  • Prior experience with SAP
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral)
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills (work successfully in a team environment)

 

Compensation Range

This position has a base salary range of $55,900 – $68,310.
